Visit Turkey 23-28/12/2008-2nd day

We went to Topkapi Sarayi (Topkapi Palace) for the 2nd day along with friends from Aachen. Topkapi palace is the home for the Ottomans rulers and it spans to the edge of the land near Bosphorus.

There are a lot of rooms to visit inside Topkapi including the exhibitions of Prophet Muhammad's sword and Saidatina Fatimah's cloth and such, however we were not allowed to take pictures.

Then, we went to Sulmaniye New Mosque and Egyptian Bazaar afterwards. Not much to buy, just taking fresh air (a very cold one!) near the Bosphorus.
