Podiatry NOT Paediatry

My left leg in night splint

Have you heard of Podiatry Clinic before? Neither have I.

Until I got this unbearable pain on my left foot.
And I kept reminding myself for months that everything would be OK.

Thanks to Mr.Hubby, we went to Family Podiatry Clinic in TTDI today to examine my left foot and there it is.. Plantar Fasciitis (I know, I haven't heard of that as well)..
The good thing is, there's no oral medicine for this.

But..
I need to do a severe stretching everyday, including fitting this night splint 4 hours minimum a day.
And even for ten minutes, my foot went numb and my back aches.
Oh, ALLAH please give me strength.
