Finally, we got our house- keys. A bunch of them actually, triple duplicates each. Can't really say how happy I am. We have our own house!
But.. amidst all the happiness, when we inspect our house, these things happened:
The water was flooding our master bedroom! Luckily we could drained them through the balcony. And on top of it, the developer will take care of everything. Phewwww..
